Blueberries taste sweet and colour your hands, mouth and clothes in shades of purple. The terrain smells of bog and curd moss. It would make you want to fall asleep among the soft sparrow vegetation. The woodpeckers break the silence, reminding us that different species can have completely different ideas of what is important. Making a place with the forest bathing method is like a multi-species forest meditation through other senses.

The vegetation covering the terrain creates excellent conditions and an environment for forest bathing and spot-making at the Keropirtti hill lodge in Pyhä-Luosto National Park.  In what ways does forest bathing seek solutions with cooperation? The insects, microbes, wind, ferns, environmental structures and people that make up a certain place serve as guides for understanding. Together, they make the intertwining of multispecies comprehensible, whereby attention is directed to the shifting boundaries of humans, other organisms, and the non-human world.

The exhibition is connected to the Empathy Business project funded by Business Finland, which explores the means to develop a post-growth economy.
